What happens when you try to open up multiple windows? It says, "Please be patient. Your browser will automatically refresh in 30 seconds" and a counter counts down. Frustrating because you get only one chance every 30 seconds for the server to pick you (which is random).. But if you had 50 people that are working for you shout, "pick me", at least 1 person will get thru the virtual waiting room eventually.
